I know, I know! Not what you wanted to hear about your forty five dollar foundation or your twenty five dollar mascara! I feel your pain. With makeup product costs on the rise even at the local drug store I'd love to be frugal with my makeup and only use the good stuff on special occasions and hope a bottle of forty five dollar foundation lasts me the rest of my adult life! Unfortunately makeup products DO expire and often times they have a very short life span! Most people h
